Apple Cheddar Biscuit Recipe

Pan size: large cookie sheet
Temp: 425°F degrees
Baking time: 8 to 10 minutes
Servings: 9


Serve these Apple Cheddar Biscuits warm today and freeze the extras for an easy treat later.

Easy Biscuit Directions

2 cups dry biscuit mix
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
1/2 cup apple jelly
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Combine biscuit mix and thyme in a mixing bowl using a whisk to stir in the thyme evenly. With a spoon stir in apple jelly and milk, mixing until a soft dough forms, don't over mix. Stir in cheddar cheese.

Drop apple cheddar biscuit dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake apple cheddar biscuits for allotted time or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter or honey butter.
