Whip up honey butter in no time! Honey butter can be spread on pancakes, hot rolls, biscuits, fry bread, just about anything.
Honey Butter Directions
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter, softenedIn small bowl, add honey and butter. With a hand mixer using the wire whisk attachment, whip honey and butter together on medium high speed until the honey and butter is light and fluffy.
Spoon honey butter into a serving dish and serve.
You can line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax, spoon out spoonfuls of honey butter on the paper and freeze. When frozen solid, store honey butter pieces in layers with paper between for easy separation in zip lock bags or air tight containers.
