Apple Cider Cheese Cake Recipe

Directions

For a great combination of baking apple; use Granny Smith, Braeburn, Jonagold, Empire, Regent, Spartan, Newtown apples or a mixture of your favorite apples together.

Pan size: 9 inch pie plate
Chill: refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
Servings: 6 to 8

1 - 9 inch crumb crust
4 packages instant spiced cider beverage mix
4 tablespoons sour cream
10 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipped topping - thawed
1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling
2crunchy type granola bar

Spread apple pie filling on the bottom of crumb crust.

In a large mixing bowl , beat cream cheese sour cream and spiced cider mix until fluffy. Beat in thawed whipped topping.

Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate for a 1 hour or until firm.

Crush granola bars and sprinkle over the top of the Apple Cider Cheese Cake just before serving.
