Easy Apple and Pork Chops Recipe |

Pan size:electric skillet |
4 thick pork chops
2 large apples, cut into quarter's, remove the seeds
1 small onion, cut into medium wedges
6 small to medium red potatoes, washed
2 packages brown gravy mixUsing an electric skillet, add 2 tablespoons oil, preheat to 300°F. Brown both sides of pork chops about 2 minutes on each side, remove pork chops and set aside.
Make gravy in the skillet according to the package. Lay pork chops in gravy, top with the onions, apples and red potatos. Cover with the lid, cook for 45 to 50 minuts or untill the potatoes are done. If the gravy gets a little to thick, add a few of tablespoons of water.
Helpful Hint, you can reduce the heat to 200°F to prolong cooking time to 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
